James Phillips

James Phillips has extensive experience in cloud security and architecture, currently serving as the Principal Architect for Cloud Security at FNBO since January 2020, where responsibility includes serving as an AWS subject matter expert. Prior roles include Sr Cloud Security Engineer at FNBO, Sr. Cloud Architect at Kiewit, and Cloud Architect at Mutual of Omaha, where significant achievements involved leading cloud strategy and architecture governance. James also held multiple positions at Mutual of Omaha, including Principal Enterprise Architect and Principal Security Architect, contributing to strategic planning and risk management. James began a career in Information Technology at Cohagen Co. and holds an educational background from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
