Traci-Ann Delisser

Traci-Ann Delisser is currently a Transaction Manager at First National Realty Partners. Prior to this, they were the Director of Finance at Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust, where they closed corporate and real estate financings, led due diligence across departments, negotiated final loan documents, reviewed third party reports and reconciled inconsistencies, and coordinated timely closings. Traci-Ann also managed all on-going real estate loan compliance, including obtaining lease and property redevelopment approvals.

Traci-Ann began their career as an Associate at Myers, Fletcher & Gordon, Attorneys-at-Law, where they represented developers, financial institutions and individuals in commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Traci-Ann Delisser has a Masters in Real Estate from New York University, a CLE from Norman Manley Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of West Indies.

Traci-Ann Delisser reports to Matt Annibale, Senior Director of Acquisitions. They are on a team with Stephen Joseph - Director, Acquisitions, Kyle Camilliere - Senior Acquisitions Analyst, and Nick Tomkins - Senior Acquisitions Associate.
