Kristen Neeser

Kristen Neeser currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Business Partner-Clinical Team Lead at the First Nations Health Authority since December 2023. Kristen is also the founder of Kristen Neeser Coaching, established in July 2017, focusing on aligning careers with individual interests and skills. Previously, Kristen held the position of Talent Acquisition Advisor at the Provincial Health Services Authority, where responsibilities included recruiting clinical services across the province. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Select Medical Connections Ltd and a Patient Care Coordinator with Dr. Jean and Alistair Carruthers. Kristen began a career in event management as an Event Coordinator/Manager at Saltlik Steakhouse, where strong leadership and client relationship skills were demonstrated. Education was completed at Simon Fraser University.
