Mike Erhardt

Mike Erhardt is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in the restoration and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at SERVPRO Team MLR since January 2025, Mike leads a regional sales team in Texas and Louisiana, driving commercial sales growth and team development while integrating Salesforce to enhance efficiency. Mike has also held significant roles at First Onsite Property Restoration, where responsibilities include Regional Director for the South Central Region and General Manager. Previously, Mike was President of Restoration King and Business Development Director for National Accounts at Avnet Technology Solutions. Early in the career, Mike served as CEO of Southpro Restoration Services and held various leadership positions within the same organization. Mike holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
