Melia Norden

Melia Norden is a Manufacturing Systems Engineer at First Solar since February 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Previously, Melia held various roles at Dana Incorporated, including DOS Analyst, where expertise in mechanical engineering and coding was utilized to optimize processes and implement lean principles. Other notable roles include Continuous Improvement Engineer and Process Engineer at Kohl's Department Stores, with earlier experiences as a Product Engineer and Design Engineer co-op at Magna International and Plastic Technologies, respectively. Melia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo and a diploma in Music from the Toledo School for the Arts.
