Raymond Fong

Raymond Fong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial services, currently serving as a Member Insights Senior Program Manager at First Tech Federal Credit Union since May 2016. Fong has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Co-Chair of the LGBTQIA+ Inclusion Network and multiple managerial positions focused on experience optimization. Prior to joining First Tech, Fong worked at Bank of America from June 2012 to May 2016, advancing through several managerial roles in operations and customer service. Fong began a career in retail at EXPRESS from 2008 to 2012, where responsibilities included team leadership and sales. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Project Management at The University of Arizona Global Campus, Fong also holds an Associate of Arts degree from Seattle Central College.
