Gregg Baxter

Gregg Baxter has worked in the rail industry for over 10 years. Gregg began their career as a General Manager for Keolis Rail Services Virginia. Gregg then became the President of Keolis Rail Services America. In 2016, they joined FirstGroup America as their Vice President of Rail. Gregg is currently the VP, Rail and Emerging Technologies at First Transit.

Gregg Baxter obtained their Master's Degree in Intermodal Transportation Management from the University of Denver. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Transportation and Logistics from the University of Maryland.
