Julie Hein

Julie Hein is the current Director of Healthcare Compliance at First Transit. Prior to their current position, Ms. Hein was an attorney at Baker & Hostetler LLP from May 2017 to December 2019 where they focused on data privacy and security. Ms. Hein began their legal career as a litigation attorney at Graydon Head from February 2013 to February 2016. Julie then worked as an associate attorney at Freund Freeze & Arnold from May 2011 to September 2012 before taking a position as a contract attorney at Goodson & Company, Ltd. In September 2009, Ms. Hein began working as a law clerk at the Chittenden County Public Defender's office before moving on to Progressive Insurance in April 2008. Ms. Hein began their professional career as an inside property adjuster at American Modern Insurance Group from June 2004 to August 2006.

Julie Hein attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where they earned a BA in Communications/Criminal Justice. Julie also attended Mount St. Joseph University and St. Ursula Villa.
