Michelle Earle

Michelle Earle is an experienced professional in the field of training and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Training and Vice President at FirstBank since October 2019. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Executive Director at the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce in Tennessee from November 2018 to September 2019, and previously worked as a Coach/Trainer at First Bank from 2017 to 2018. Michelle's career began at American City Bank, where a significant tenure in Human Resources lasted from August 2008 to August 2018, followed by a similar role at Elk River Public Utility District from July 2002 to August 2008. Michelle earned an educational background at Motlow State Community College between 2015 and 2017.
