Joshua Z Homer

Joshua Z Homer has extensive experience in network operations and engineering, beginning as a Network Operations Tech II at Level 3 Communications from January 2000 to January 2006. Following this role, Joshua served as a LAN Support Specialist for the City of Schenectady, NY, from 2006 to June 2013, where responsibilities included maintaining the LAN infrastructure for various city departments. Subsequent positions included Optical Network Engineer at nfrastructure/New York State ITS, supporting NYeNet data communication services, followed by roles as a Network Operations Technician at tw telecom and Level 3 Communications. Since May 2016, Joshua has held positions as both Central Office Engineer and Core Network Technician at FirstLight Fiber. Joshua holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Herkimer County Community College, attended from 1998 to 2000.
