Regional Director, India and Middle East at FirstPathway Partners
John Endicott brings over 30 years of government and financial services experience to his role as Regional Director at FirstPathway Partners, with a focus on business development in India and the Middle East. Endicott served in the administration of Maine Governor Paul LePage as Director of Business Development and Innovation for the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD), where he focused on capital attraction, tax incentives, and job creation. Endicott was instrumental in the creation of the State of Maine’s EB-5 Regional Center, where he served as Chief Operations Officer. He also worked at the Finance Authority of Maine (FAME) as a Commercial Loan Officer. Additionally, his financial services experience ranges across international banks, credit unions, derivative product companies, and mutual funds. Prior to his government-related work in Maine, he held senior management positions as a banker in credit and risk management, including: Global Head of Credit for Sanwa Financial Products in New York City, Chief Risk Officer for Saehan Bank in Los Angeles, Director of Credit Operations for WesCorp in California, Credit Analyst at Fidelity Investments, and various operations management roles in his early career in Boston. Endicott holds a BA in Geological Science from Brown University and an MBA from Boston University.
