John Pambianchi

John Pambianchi currently serves as the Vice President of Professional Services for Healthcare IT and BPaaS Implementation at Firstsource, where responsibilities include leading the expansion of a BPaaS implementation practice focused on healthcare payor platforms. Prior to this role, John was the Global Director of Professional Services at Snowplow, where a global team was established to manage a $16M ARR portfolio and drive service delivery enhancements. John also held the position of Vice President of Professional Services at HealthEdge, overseeing a $58M professional services portfolio and standardizing delivery protocols for major customer deployments. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Consulting Services at Engagys LLC, focusing on team building and implementation processes, as well as serving as Regional Vice President of Account Management and Director of Product Management at Welltok, Inc. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bates College and participated in a study abroad program at the University of Adelaide.
