Christina Molzen

Christina has been building best-in-class teams and organizations across industries, and at various stage companies, for 20 years. She’s particularly passionate about high growth, dynamic businesses that leverage data and technology to unlock opportunities for their clients and where talent is a strategic advantage, employees are valued, and can truly make a difference. Currently, Christina serves as VP of People at FiscalNote.

Prior to FiscalNote, Christina began her career in wealth management, established the HR function at RTC, a WPP company; spearheaded Talent Management at CustomInk, a high growth eCommerce company; and served as senior strategic consultant at CapitalOne where she helped lead talent transformation across a geographically diverse workforce.

Christina holds an MBA from George Washington University, a BA from University of Connecticut, and holds several certifications including SPHR, MBTI, DiSC, and EQi.
