George Gulino

George Gulino is a professional with extensive experience in corporate development and strategic finance. In the current role as Director of Corporate Development and Strategic Finance at FiscalNote since May 2022, George previously served as a Senior Manager in the same area. Prior to FiscalNote, George co-founded ITA Ventures, a digital media subscription holding company focused on the Substack ecosystem, and worked as an Associate at Frontier Growth. Early career experiences include positions at Jefferies as an Investment Banking Analyst and Summer Analyst, internships at Regional Appraisal Associates and various legal and constituent affairs roles, as well as volunteer work with New York Hospital Queens. George holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University and a High School Diploma with Regents Honors from Archbishop Molloy High School.
