Joseph Logan

Joseph Logan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in transportation management and project development. Since November 1999, Joseph has served as the Sr. Transportation Manager for Fisher Associates, where responsibilities include business development for bridge inspection and design, building structures, and non-destructive testing, alongside project management for various infrastructure projects. Joseph has also been a member of the Town of Victor Planning Board since 2001, currently holding the position of Chairman for the third term. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Associate at Erdman Anthony, focusing on transportation structures and geotechnical evaluations from 1981 to 1999, and working as a Design Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering (Structures) from Cornell University, earned in 1980.
