Monica Marie Mallen

Monica Marie Mallen is currently an Executive Business Partner at Fisker. Prior to this, they were with TrueCar, Inc. from May 2013 to June 2020 where they were Executive Assistant to the CFO. Monica was responsible for managing the CFO's calendar, coordinating travel, budget management, roadshow management, meeting materials, as well as developing and implementing multifaceted internal & external events.

Mallen has successfully coordinated logistics, meetings, and due diligence for a $30M technology fundraising effort, Initial Public Offering (NASDAQ - TRUE), and two large secondary offerings. Monica has also coordinated and facilitated quarterly board committee meetings and materials, quarterly company public earnings calls, industry conferences and engagement with research analysts and investors. In addition, they provided additional support for the CEO and all C-Level employees as needed.

Prior to their work with TrueCar, Inc., Mallen was with Time Magazine from January 1995 to January 2013 where they held the title of Executive Assistant/Administrative Manager.

Monica Marie Mallen has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from BS - Business Administration/Management and Saint Monica High School.

Monica Marie Mallen reports to Henrik Fisker, Founder, Chairman & CEO. They work with Ketan Gohil - Chief Enterprise Architect, Alexander Bermudez - Chief Information Security Officer, and Christian Marti - SVP, Marketing, Sales & Service Europe.
