Jessica Soltz Rudd

Jessica Soltz Rudd is a seasoned professional in the finance sector, currently serving as Managing Director and USPF Head of Business & Relationship Management at Fitch Ratings since January 2017, after previously holding the position of Senior Director for the BRM Western Region. With extensive experience in the municipal advisory field as Senior Director at FRASCA & Associates LLC from 2008 to 2016, and as Senior Director in the Transportation Group at Fitch Ratings from 1997 to 2008, Jessica has a robust background in public finance and infrastructure. Early career experience includes a role as Research Assistant at the National Council of State Housing Agencies. Jessica holds a Master of Public Administration from the Syracuse University Maxwell School and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside.
