Pauline McGirr

Pauline McGirr is an experienced professional in strategic planning and program management, currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic Planning at Fitch Ratings since July 2025. Prior to this role, Pauline held various positions at Fitch Solutions from January 2015 to July 2025, including Senior Director of Program Management and Director, Head of Program Management. Pauline's earlier experience includes significant contributions to Thomson Reuters from January 2008 to December 2014, where responsibilities encompassed program management and business operations for a large portfolio of products generating substantial revenue. Additionally, roles at Reuters from January 2000 to October 2006 and Allied Irish Bank (GB) from September 1998 to January 2000 further established Pauline's expertise in project management and systems administration. Pauline holds a BA (Hons) in Comparative Religions from The University of Manchester.
