Tia Larsen, MSHR, CCP, SHRM-SCP, possesses extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as the Director of Benefits at FJ Management, Tia has previously held significant roles such as Compensation Benefits Manager at Silver Eagle Refining Inc., Director of Compensation and Benefits, and Manager of Total Rewards at Orbit. Tia's background also includes serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Instructure and as an Executive Assistant/HR Manager at Fowler. Tia holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from Weber State University.
