Bryan Marx

Bryan Marx joined Flagstar in 2013 as senior vice president and chief accounting officer. In April 2019, he was named executive vice president. As chief accounting officer, he is responsible for Flagstar’s accounting and accounting policies, SEC and regulatory reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley controls, and investor relations.

Prior to joining Flagstar, he spent 15 years at global accounting firms, including 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where he was a senior manager in the Banking and Capital Markets audit practice.

He serves on the board of Boys Hope Girls Hope Detroit and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
