Scott Pickell

Scott Pickell, MBA, serves as the VP, Chief Residential Appraiser & Operations Manager at Flagstar Bank since January 2021. Previously, Scott held the position of VP, Appraisal Administration Manager at Bank of Oklahoma Financial from September 2016 to January 2021, focused on enhancing valuation performance within the lending division. Additionally, Scott operated a private appraisal firm, Preferred Appraisal Service OC, specializing in high-end custom homes and complex appraisal assignments from December 2003 to January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Appraiser at LRES Corp. and Consolidated Analytics, Inc., as well as Senior Appraiser at Bank of America. Scott earned an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.
