Venkata Kommineni is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as AVP - Enterprise Architect at Flagstar Bank since June 2023. Prior to this role, Venkata held the position of IT Manager - Collaboration Services at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing from May 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing DevOps and driving efficiencies through innovative agile methodologies. Venkata's experience at General Motors as Sr Operations Manager from January 2013 to February 2019 involved IT transformations, performance management, and enterprise architecture. At HP, from August 2008 to January 2013, Venkata contributed as a Sr. Technology Consultant, leading complex infrastructure projects and mentoring global teams. Venkata holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
