Aldo Caterina

Aldo Caterina serves as the Managing Director for Flash Expense, leading the Expense Management Business Unit and overseeing P&L and product development since July 2022. Prior to this role, Aldo founded and scaled ExpenseOn from February 2019 to June 2022, challenging industry giants and securing key clients before selling the company to Flash. Aldo's earlier experience includes management consulting at Integration Consulting, specializing in finance and operational projects, as well as contributing to credit risk analysis at Itaú Unibanco. Aldo began the professional journey at Alcoa as an intern, focusing on sales and projects related to aluminum alloy production. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Certificate in Financial Management from Insper and a Bachelor's in Mechatronic Engineering from USP.
