Matt Sayre is a seasoned professional in product development with over a decade of experience in the food and chemical industries. As Process Lab Manager at Flavor Producers since November 2011, Matt specializes in creating botanical extracts, encapsulation systems, emulsions, and spray-dried powders, particularly focusing on products with challenging regulatory statuses.
