Matt Sayre

Matt Sayre is a seasoned professional in product development with over a decade of experience in the food and chemical industries. As Process Lab Manager at Flavor Producers since November 2011, Matt specializes in creating botanical extracts, encapsulation systems, emulsions, and spray-dried powders, particularly focusing on products with challenging regulatory statuses. Prior to this role, Matt gained experience in quality assurance as a Lab Tech at DuBois Chemicals, Inc. and completed a co-op position at Standard Aero. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, completed in 2011.
