Meera D'Souza

Meera D'Souza is the current Vice President of People at Fleetio. Prior to their current role, they served as Sr. Director HRBP at Plex Systems, Inc. from May 2019 to April 2022. In this role, they provided strategic business and HR support for the Chief Customer Officer, Chief Product Officer and Chief Marketing Officer and their leadership teams. Meera also led Organization design, Compensation design, Employee Engagement, DE&I and Talent Development efforts.

Before joining Plex Systems, D'Souza served as Vice President of Training & Development at Dialog Direct from February 2016 to May 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading training support for 40+ programs in multiple verticals and across different geographies with high scalability requirements. Meera was also responsible for Leadership and Professional Development initiatives. As part of the Operational Leadership team, they advised the C-suite on business and operational strategy.

D'Souza began their career in Human Resources at Tata Finance Limited in April 1994, where they served as Assistant Manager until May 1996. Meera then joined McKesson as Vice-President of Implementation and Training in October 1997, a role they held until July 2015.

Meera D'Souza has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Eastern Michigan University, with a specialization in Organizational Development. Meera also has a Master's degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Statistics, Mathematics and Economics from St. Xavier's College.

Their manager is Tony Summerville, CEO. They are on a team with Senthil Subramanian - VP, Engineering, Jon Meachin - COO, and Jorge Valdivia - CTO.
