Paul Lavelle

Paul Lavelle is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors including manufacturing, distribution, and consumer goods. Currently serving as General Manager at Fletcher Building since November 2013, Paul has led Iplex, a prominent manufacturer of pipes and fittings, as well as Fletcher Insulation, renowned for insulation products. Previous roles include Managing Director at Focusea Pty Ltd, Sales Director at George Weston Foods, and several key positions at Fonterra, where responsibilities spanned regional management and sales strategies across Asia and the Middle East. Paul began his career at Johnson & Johnson, where significant contributions were made in business management and trade marketing. Paul holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Marketing from Swinburne University, and completed an Executive Development Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
