Salooja Johnson

Salooja Johnson is an experienced data and product management professional currently serving as the Data and Insights Manager for NZ Distribution at Fletcher Building since November 2023. In this role, Salooja leads a team of data analysts and engineers to develop data products, enhancing solutions to support the business’s Data and Insights strategy using Snowflake and Qlik. Prior to this, Salooja spent 18 years at StayinFront, progressing through various roles including Product Manager for Consumer Goods and Insight and Chat, where responsibilities involved defining product visions, managing roadmaps, and leading agile development teams. Salooja's career also includes roles as a Business Analyst and Communications and Deployment Manager, along with an academic background comprising a Post Graduate Diploma in Network Centred Computing from NIIT and a Master's degree in Science from the University of Mumbai.
