Rebecca Wernette

Rebecca Wernette has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and cybersecurity within the manufacturing sector. From May 2011 to February 2025, Rebecca served as Director of M&A and Post Merger Integration at Flex, along with holding the position of Global Chair for the Women's Employee Resource Group, where responsibilities included presentations and panel moderation. Additionally, Rebecca functioned as a Business Information Security Officer and OT Cybersecurity Lead, focusing on aligning cybersecurity with business priorities and providing technical security solutions. Rebecca began their career with internships and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, where involvement included participating in varsity volleyball and other extracurricular activities.
