Lindsey Needham

Lindsey Needham is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Director of Flight Operations at Flexjet since May 2020. Previously, Lindsey held the position of Deputy Head of Training at Air Charter Scotland from January 2019 to May 2020 and worked as a line training captain on the Embraer Legacy 650 and EMB-550. Other roles include a brief tenure as Falcon 900 EX EASY Captain at TJS Malta and various positions at Air Charter Scotland and Bookajet, where Lindsey worked with the Legacy 650 and Legacy 600. Additionally, Lindsey served as Deputy Training Manager and Fleet Manager at Luxaviation United Kingdom from September 2002 to November 2017. Earlier career experience includes working as a Flying Instructor at East Midlands Flying School from December 1999 to September 2002.
