Kevin Gjerstad

Kevin Gjerstad is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in product development and technical leadership. Currently serving as Chief Product & Technical Officer at Flextools since January 2023, Gjerstad previously held the role of CTO at Powel AS / Volue AS from October 2016 to December 2021. Prior to that, Gjerstad worked at Microsoft from February 2015 to September 2016 as an ISV Evangelist focusing on Cloud initiatives. Gjerstad co-founded a startup and served as CTO at Oslo Development Agency from March 2013 to January 2015. Gjerstad's notable tenure at Microsoft from January 1996 to January 2013 included various esteemed positions such as Principal Program Manager for FAST Search as well as leadership roles in development for Windows and Internet Explorer. Gjerstad obtained education from the University of Washington.
