Melissa Zurrow

Melissa Zurrow is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in catering and event management. Currently serving as the Director of Catering and Events at NBC under Flik Hospitality Group since April 2018, Melissa previously held roles such as Director of Catering at JPMorgan Chase with Aramark, where responsibilities included leading a catering team for large-scale events and managing client relationships. Additional experience includes serving as Catering Director and Event Planner at Citi, where Melissa executed a range of events while maintaining vendor relationships. Earlier in her career, Melissa worked as a Suite Service Ambassador for the New York Jets, enhancing guest service excellence. Melissa holds a BS in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is currently continuing education at NYU.
