Greg Schmaltz

Greg Schmaltz is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Talent Director at FloodGate Medical since January 2023, Schmaltz previously founded and led GS Executive Search Group, LLC from December 2015 to January 2023, where partnerships with companies focused on building effective sales teams were established. Prior to this, Schmaltz held the position of Director of Recruiting at Precision Medical Products, where a recruiting department was developed to support multiple company departments. An earlier role as Executive Recruiter at Edwards Search Group involved recruiting for sales representatives in the medical device sector, and earlier experience includes managing sales teams at Wine Warehouse. Schmaltz holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California.
