Joanna Bowler

Joanna Bowler currently serves as the Head of Global Reward, Benefits and Industrial Relations at Flora Food Group, a position held since November 2018. Prior to this role, Joanna held various positions within the company, including Head of Global Reward and HRIS and Rewards Manager. Between May 2012 and November 2018, Joanna worked at Unilever, progressing from Reward Advisor to Reward Manager and finally to Global Reward Services Manager. Joanna's career began at Accenture, where roles included Global Reward Specialist and Reward Specialist from October 2006 to May 2012. Joanna holds a BSc in Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London, achieved between 2003 and 2006.
