Nadinka Aponso currently serves as the Head of Marketing for both South Asia and Sri Lanka at Flora Food Group, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at Unilever from February 2013 to May 2023, where Nadinka held various titles including Senior Brand Manager for Glow & Lovely and Lakmé, as well as Brand Manager for Dove & Clear. Additional responsibilities included Trade Category Manager for Beauty and Category Operations Manager for Skin Cleansing & Baby. Early career experience includes an internship at PwC Sri Lanka in 2012. Nadinka holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Bangalore University and received foundational education at St. Bridget's Convent.
