Rob Jessee

Rob Jessee is an experienced professional with a strong background in outdoor advertising regulation and management at the Florida Department of Transportation since September 2008. In various roles, including Deputy Director for R/W Production and Operations, Rob oversees the drafting of policy statements and procedures, manages liability and litigation, and ensures staff training for expert representation.
