Melissa Budahazy

Melissa Budahazy, APN-BC, MA, RN-BC, is an experienced Advanced Practice Nurse and educator with a focus on neurology. Currently serving as a Sub-Investigator at Flourish Research and a Faculty member at DePaul MENP Nursing Program, Melissa teaches courses such as Advanced Health Assessment and Pharmacology. Previous roles include Advanced Practice Nurse in neurology at Northwest Neurology, Ltd. and NorthShore University HealthSystem, where complex neurological conditions were evaluated and managed. Melissa also held positions as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at The George Washington University Hospital and a Teaching Assistant at The Catholic University of America. With a strong educational background that includes degrees from The Catholic University of America and Georgetown University, Melissa has effectively contributed to nursing education and patient care in various clinical settings since starting the nursing career in 2011.
