Juan Antonio Rodríguez

Juan Antonio Rodríguez is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as HR Director for EMEA at Flowserve Corporation since April 2024, Rodríguez previously held various leadership roles at Axalta Coating Systems, including Global HR Transformation Lead, where responsibilities encompassed building a Global Shared Services team and promoting a service-led continuous improvement culture.
