Lou Aguilera

Lou Aguilera serves as the VP & General Manager of Spa at Fluidra North America since September 2022. Previously, Lou was the President of REVELL USA, LLC, from May 2018 to October 2022, leading a new company supporting a legacy American brand in consumer goods, crafts, toys, and hobbies. Lou's extensive experience includes a tenure at Hobbico as VP & General Manager for Revell, where responsibilities included full P&L management and change management for a 70-year-old brand. Prior roles at Motorola Mobility and Motorola Solutions encompassed various strategic positions, including Strategy and Marketing Director for Mobile Devices Finance and Sales and Marketing Sr. Operations Controller. Lou holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a BA in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
