Adriana Wiggins has worked in various customer service roles since 2010. Adriana began their career as an Assistant Customer Service Manager at Bed Bath and Beyond in 2010. In 2012, they moved to Best Buy as a Lead Sales Associate. In 2014, they joined Apple as an Apple Genius, where they reproduced and researched software issues, developed training courses and documentation, and provided hands-on customer support for all core Apple hardware and applications. In 2020, they joined Vox Media, LLC. as a Technical Support Specialist, where they configured and troubleshooted computer hardware, printers, and mobile devices. Adriana is currently employed as a Customer Support Engineer at SecurityScorecard, a position they have held since 2019.
Adriana Wiggins is currently enrolled at Careerist, where they are in-training for a Sales Engineer and Solutions Engineer role. Adriana previously attended St. Joseph's University New York, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management in 2020.
