Anna Palmer is a General Partner at [Flybridge](/org/flybridge). Anna was previously the CEO and Co-founder of Dough, an e-commerce marketplace for products made by women. Anna has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Union & Fifth, where they managed the financials, strategy, and marketing. Prior to that, they were the SVP of Marketing at Union & Fifth. Other previous positions include Summer Associate- Corporate Law at [Jenner & Block](/org/jenner-block-llp) and Summer Associate- Securities Regulation at Sidley Austin LLP.

Anna Palmer has a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Communications, Political Science and Anna'story from [Eureka College](/org/eureka-college).

Chip Hazard is a General Partner at [Flybridge](/org/flybridge). Chip has also worked at Shortwave, Einblick, [Metaplane](/org/metaplane), Scitara Corporation, StackHawk, Inc., [Aiera](/org/aiera), [XFactor Ventures](/org/xfactor-ventures), and [MongoDB](/org/mongodb).

Chip Hazard has an MBA from [Harvard University](/org/harvard) and an MBA from [Harvard Business School](/org/harvard-business-school). Chip also has a BA from [Stanford University](/org/stanford).

The current leadership team at Flybridge has a wealth of experience in both the public and private sector. The team is made up of executives from Dough, XFactor Ventures, and Appwrite. They also have experience as investors, board members, and trustees. All of this experience has given them a deep understanding of how to grow and scale a company.
