Zach Nichols

Zach Nichols is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer at flyExclusive, a NYSE traded private jet charter business, since June 2020. Zach has a diverse career, including roles as Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller, managing accounting operations for over 50 entities and serving as an Intacct administrator. Zach also operated Zach Nichols CPA, PLLC, providing tax preparation and accounting services part-time from September 2019 to April 2022. As an adjunct professor at the University of Mount Olive from August 2017 to December 2021, Zach taught various accounting courses. Previous positions include Finance Compliance Manager at ST Engineering North America and Certified Public Accountant at Sullivan Shearin & Co. Zach holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics Management from The University of Alabama.
