F&M Bank

Bob Harmon has an extensive work experience in the banking industry. Bob started their career at Union Safe Deposit Bank in 1984, where they held the position of VP until 1998. Bob then joined Community Bank of San Joaquin as an Executive Vice President from August 1999 to September 2005. In 2005, they worked as a Vice President at Oak Valley Community Bank for a year. From 2006 onwards, they joined Farmers & Merchants Bank, F&M Bank, and F & M Bank, where they held multiple roles including Senior Vice President, Stockton Market Manager, and Area Manager. Additionally, they served as a board member for Goodwill Industries from 1989 to 2014.

Bob Harmon earned a Certificate in Banking from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business in 1987. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at California State University, Chico, from 1964 to 1968, achieving a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business.
