Ed Kennedy has a diverse range of work experience, spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as Head of IT Service Delivery at FM Conway Ltd, where they implemented ITIL methodology and provided leadership to the IT Infrastructure and Support teams. Prior to that, they worked as an Information Technology Manager at IT Contract Services, overseeing projects with transport industry customers and delivering new platforms and bespoke software solutions. Ed also held positions at Thomson Reuters, where they served as Director of Platform Support and Head of Collaboration Services Infrastructure, and at Reuters, where they managed the Transactions Infrastructure Group and served as Ops Programme Manager. Ed began their career at Reuters Intertrade Direct as a Customer Projects Manager and later became a Project Engineering Group Manager at Reuters.
Ed Kennedy has a HNC degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sunderland Polytechnic/ CAT Newcastle. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from The Knowledge Academy in March 2019.
