Kristinn Hauksson

Kristinn Hauksson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and intellectual property. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Regional Counsel EMEA at FMC Corporation since December 2015, Kristinn has also held significant roles at Syngenta from September 2004 to November 2015, where responsibilities included leading legal counsel for intellectual property and licensing, as well as providing commercial and corporate legal support across international business units. Earlier in the career, Kristinn worked as an Associate Attorney and Junior Associate at Sidumuli 9+Lögborg from September 1999 to December 2002. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from King's College London, an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Zurich, and a Cand.jur. degree from Háskóli Íslands, supplemented by participation in an Erasmus Exchange Programme in EU Business Law at Universität Innsbruck.
