Michael Reilly

Michael Reilly serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary at FMC Corporation since April 2019, having previously held various legal leadership roles within the company from 2002 to 2019. His extensive legal experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at Syngenta Corporation, where Michael provided legal advisory on biotechnology ventures, and at Zeneca, focusing on environmental and commercial law. Reilly began his career at the law firms Ballard Spahr LLP and Sidley Austin, specializing in environmental litigation and commercial law, following a judicial clerkship with the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Michael earned a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature and Economics from Columbia University.
