Vanessa Brooks

Vanessa Brooks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and catering industries. Currently serving as the Head of Catering at FNB South Africa since May 2012, Vanessa oversees the catering strategy and operations across the Real Estate Management Services portfolio. Previous roles include Corporate Wardrobe Specialist and Hotel Manager at the FNB Conference Centre, where responsibilities encompassed overall management, budgetary control, and ensuring compliance. Prior to joining FNB, Vanessa held positions as Director of Operations at Hilton Sandton and Regional Director of Revenue at Hilton Worldwide Services, managing hotel operations and revenue strategies across multiple African countries. Vanessa holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from Regenesys and a National Diploma in Catering Management from Technikon Witwatersrand.
