Mwansa Lungu

Mwansa Lungu is an experienced professional currently serving as a Credit Risk Manager at FNB Zambia since March 2023 and as an Assistant Manager in Retail Collections & Recovery at Atlas Mara Zambia since April 2022. Previously, Mwansa held the role of Portfolio Credit MI Analyst at Barclays from 2018 to March 2019, where responsibilities included supporting internal and external reporting and preparing the PQR. Mwansa began tenure at Barclays in May 2009 as a Debt Collector, focusing on productivity tracking, collections strategy implementation, and management information provision. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Texila American University Consortium (2020-2022), a Bachelor's degree in Science in Computer Systems and Networking from Greenwich University (2015-2017), a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Zambia (2016), and Higher National Diplomas in Management Information Systems from both BCS-IMIS and the National Institute of Public Administration (2006-2016).
