Terry Shepherd has extensive experience in branch management, lending, and real estate appraisal. At Regions Financial Corporation, Terry served as Vice President – Branch Manager, focusing on lending and branch management. At Hardwick Bank & Trust Company, Terry was Vice President – Branch Coordinator, responsible for managing retail operations at multiple offices. Currently at First National Community Bank, Terry works as a Real Estate Appraiser and also holds the position of Vice President and Security Officer, handling a wide range of real estate and banking services.
