Morten Helweg Andersen

Morten Helweg Andersen is currently employed at Fødevareministeriet as a Fuldmægtig in the EU-kontoret since January 2025, and at Fødevarestyrelsen as a Fuldmægtig in the dyrevelfærds-kontoret since August 2022, where primary responsibilities include representing Danish interests in the EU and supporting the minister and parliament. Morten has also been a Fodbolddommer with the Dansk Boldspil-Union since March 2015. Past experience includes working as a Studentermedhjælper at Motorstyrelsen from October 2019 to June 2022 and interning at Sociale Forhold og Beskæftigelse in Aarhus Kommune from September 2021 to January 2022. Education includes a Kandidatgrad in Politik og Administration from Aalborg University, obtained between September 2020 and June 2022, and a Bachelorgrad in the same field from Aalborg University, completed between September 2017 and June 2020.
