Stine Vuholm

Stine Vuholm is an experienced professional in the field of nutrition and food policy, currently serving as Fuldmægtig in the recommendation team at Fødevarestyrelsen since November 2022. Previously, Stine worked as a Fødevarepolitisk medarbejder at Forbrugerrådet Tænk from January 2021 to November 2022 and held a Master of Multitasking role at Barsel & Karriere. Stine's academic background includes a PhD in Pediatric Nutrition from the University of Copenhagen, where research focused on the impact of fatty fish intake on children's health. Additionally, Stine has contributed as a research assistant and instructor at various academic levels and has co-founded FeelYourFood, an entrepreneurial project focused on food and gastronomy events. Education includes a Master's degree in Human Nutrition and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from the University of Copenhagen.
